The bakery the neighbourhood calls Bin Mohayn
Al Gharafa Automatic Bakeries was established in 1978 and was known among the people as the Bin Mohayn bakery, after the grandson of its founder, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Mohayn.
Today a 552 square metre bakehouse and more than fifty-five staff bake 40,000 flatbreads and 7,500 loaves every day, plus a growing range of sweets that reaches one to one and a half tonnes each Eid.

- Do you deliver, and where?
- Yes. Order from the Al Gharafa app and we deliver across Doha, or collect at the bakery in Al Gharafa. Two deliveries are free on your first orders.
- Can I reserve the morning khobz?
- Yes. Reserve your daily bread in the app before 7 am and it is set aside for you, warm, at the bakery or at your door.
- How far ahead should I order a gift box or a cake?
- Gift boxes and sweets are available any day. Custom celebration cakes need three days; large orders for weddings, majlis and companies are prepared a week ahead.
- Do you sell sweets by the kilo?
- Yes. Bakalawa, maamoul, petit four and Moroccan sweets come by the tin or by the kilo, and the mixed plates by weight for gatherings.
- Can I order for a wedding, a majlis or a company?
- Yes. Write to us from the contact page with the date and the number of guests; we confirm the selection and the price before baking.
- Where is the bakery?
